QSQ-2200/2500/2800/3000 Bridge Multiblade Block Cutter combines different diameters of blades working simultaneously as multiblade cutting. It has screw-rod lifting system and hydraulic lifting system for choice. The crossbeam moves for feeding so that the table for block is not necessary ( which does not supply along with machine, only available upon request ). Heavy duty strcuture, logical control system, easy operation together with ” Wanlong” blade give high production and also make the finish slab with flat surface, no tapper, It is also flexible in modification for Single blade cutting.
1.) High efficiency for cutting block into slabs with multi-blade combination, this machine is the ideal equipment for producing large slabs.
2.) One of its main features is that trolley is not necessary when cutting. You can lie the block on the ground, and the processing is smooth, reliable and no shaking. You can also cutting several blocks of different sizes together at the same time.
3.) Owing to the special design, the function of slab slicing is achieved by the crossbeam movement on the side beams. This is totally different from other machines on which the slab slicing is by trolley feeding. There precise cutting and less maintenance are available by this machine.
4.) Feeding trolley with rails is available upon request.
